I must agree with Doreen. Surely, Wakanohana's outing last basho is a
*very* strong argument against the existence of yaocho. (At least in
Waka's matches;) If there ever was a rikishi who desperately needed a
yaocho win, and who had the financial resources and "political clout" to
make one come about, thanks to Dad and the stable, surely it must have
been Waka. And yet, he lost, and lost, and lost...
