I am sure many in this ML can tell you how to read and
write Japanese on your English machine but that's
another topic.

Now this may be more information than you need so just
take what you can use:

Place: Kocho Kenritsu Kenmin Taiikukan

Schedule:

 8:00 Hall Opens - Open training/workout starts
11:00 Jonidan, Sandanme matches start
12:00 Makushita matches start
13:00 Juryo rikishi Dohyo-iri
13:20 Juryo matches start
13:45 Makuuchi, Yokzuna Dohyo-iris
14:00 Makkuchi matches start 
15:00 Uchi-dashi (Complete)


Ticket:

Tamari Seating - 14,000 Yen (1 person)
Masu A Seating - 44,000 Yen (4 persons)
Masu B Seating - 38,000 Yen (4 persons)
Chair (Special) Seating - 7,500 Yen (1 person)
Chair A (Regular) Seating - 6,000 Yen (1 person)

Tickets can be purchased at Kochi Playguide at
088-825-4335, Lawson Ticket at 082-567-6100 or fax at
088-825-3068 or E-mail at kochi-sk@mail.i-kochi.or.jp.

If you are using E-mail or fax, you either send them
the money by registered mail or pick up the tickets at
least 10 days before at Ko-Shin Playguide outlet
(088-825-4335).  If you are not picking up the tickets
and asking them to send them to you, you need to
include postage and handling charge of 430 Yen for up
to five tickets, 440 Yen for up to 10 tickets and 500
yen for up to 15 tickets.

You can also request an Event Meal/Souvenier voucher
at the time of reservation as you cannot get them on
the day of the event.  You can buy one at 5,250 Yen or
3,150 Yen (I don't know what each includes but I
imagine the sam type of stuff you get at a Hon-basho
like a box lunch bento, a beer, rikishi tea-cup etc).
