[sumo admin.] Rules of the other ML

Last night I posted the home page of a sumo fan in Japan.

Also of interest are the basic rules of their new fan's mailing list,
including some to live by....

"...4. Use it by the text form please.
"5. Don't send the article which moneymaking is involved in.
(When you send such mail, I sometimes remove it forcibly from the member.)
"6. Don't send the mail of an abuse/slander for the individual.
(When you send such mail, I sometimes remove it forcibly from the member.)
"Please take it into consideration that you send it to many people (the
member of the sumo club).
