I am planning to make a website which contains past results
of the hoshitori. Since there was only one so far, it seems
not to be too urgent. Nevertheless, I'll try to make it
until the next basho. 

As for a new banzuke by rank, I have a question. What happens
with the ranks of those players who did not enter? Do they
stay at their rank indefinitely or is there a decline after
some bashos?
