To the complainers about the topic of women and the dohyo:

Maybe I'm not remembering this clearly, but didn't we already cover this
ground in the recent Cal Pis discussion?  And didn't Moti take a poll, the
results of which were a large majority in favor of allowing any sumo related
topic if properly labeled?

There's a topic here for anyone to dislike: the whole society & sumo thing,
the Futa factor, statistical analyses of our birthdays versus the rikishi,
there's plenty to choose from.  Anyone who expects to always approve of the
topic shouldn't expect to enjoy a public list like this.

Here's one thing I'm sure of: it's not polite to shush people who are having
a sumo related discussion.  If you aren't interested, use the delete key.
That's what I do when your topic bores me.
