Well you never know. I think it must have been the Sumo Kyokai's
monitoring of this list and the wise words of Masumi Abe, about the weight
of rikishi issue, that caused them to change their guidelines. The change
happened just after the discussion on this list. Coincidence, I think not
<grin>.
