In addition...
When time is expired, you can tell by yobidashi who are in charge of
water/salt/towels because he will stand to tell rikishi that the given time
has expired. Also at shikiri, Gyoji changes the position of his feet from
usual perpendicular (his left foot closer to center of dohyo and his right
foot closer to the edge of dohyo) to side-to-side position. And also, the
way Gyoji hold his fan will change from holding it high above his right
shoulder to holding it in front of chest facing rikishi.

Also, Gyoji will tell rikishi that it's "matta-nashi" or "no more matta."
