Shukkan Post ran the story ages ago.  The sumotori is suppose to be Takamio, 
who is Tongan.  He name is John.  Nice guy, really good Japanese skills too, 
most likely the best of all the Hawai`ian, with Konishiki being the possible 
exception.  The rumor is crap.  Shukkan Post wrote it "claiming" to have 
interviewed John.  That is not true.  I queried one of the Hawai`ian 
wrestlers about this story.  Basically it is very common for these types of 
magazines to write whatever they want (sounds like the ML to me), especially 
about a poor foreigner, who is out of the country, and will never read the 
article.  It is all BS, IMHO!  The BIG QUESTION is, if these stories are 
true, WHERE did the wrestler get the money to buy his wins?  The figures 
that are thrown around in the article are rather large.  An individual 
wrestler would not be able to afford it.
