In a post from Masumi Abe regarding Musashimaru's promotion I saw the
following paragraph.  
[However, one reason why the Japanese Sumo is losing its popularity is
the prevailing rigged matches committed between foreign Sumo wrestlers
and old Japanese Sumo wrestlers. Akebono, another Hawaiian Yokozuna Sumo
wrestler is identified as the wrestler of rigged matches.]
Does anyone know where they got this information from?  Has anyone heard
this "rumor" before?
