New ozeki Chiyotaikai has appeared on a "talk show" sponsored by an
Osaka area department store to promote the goods produced in his home
prefecture of Ohita.    

At the Q&A session, he fielded some questions posed from the shoppers
and fans.  When he was asked about his hand injury (right wrist), he
said, "It's o.k." and showed them he could move his hand around
without any difficulty. He also added his goal for this basho was over
10 wins.

He became rather fidgty when the interviewer asked what type of women
he prefered, "Is it true that you like someone like Norika Fujiwara
(Japanese actress) as reported by some media ?"   Chiyotaikai
protested, "Please...don't."  When he finally replied, he'd like a
woman who was "cute, kind and honest", he was chided for his high
ideal. He certainly seemed to be far more comfortable on the dohyo.
