Not exactly, but it's close enough.

To answer the other question, the producer arranges who is on with whom,
paying attention to the special strengths of each color person. (This
doesn't always work, because the special features are often changed at the
last minute, which means that the schedule is moved on to the next day.)
Provided that the guests let him know in advance what days are inconvenient
for us, he will also take this into consideration.  Unfortunately the NHK
'special feature' schedule isn't decided until quite near the basho, so we
(the 'guests') learn our own schedule quite late.
