Please excuse the diversion from sumo, but 
arguably food is almost as important as sumo. 
Almost.

Can any Texas-based Sumoans recommend 
a really good sushi-ya in the Dallas area?  
Or in lieu of that, a tasty, folksy, comfortable 
place run by Japanese-speaking folk?
