[SUMO-records] all yusho in Heisei Era

Sumoans:

I've just completed my weekend project and uploaded to my Web site.
It's a complete list of yusho rikishi, their rank and records, including
all divisions from Maku(no)uchi to Jonokuchi. When I know the change of
their shikona, I added that information also.

So, now you can tell when Ichinoya won two Jonidan yusho, Shiga is an
old name for Tochiazuma and he won yusho at each and every divisions
except Maku(no)uchi, etc.
