has anyone seen this on the rec.sport.sumo news list?

Although if my lame Japanese can be trusted, Takanohana has filed a
formal request to leave Futogoyama beya.  If this is so, it could
change the whole complex of sanyaku, with Takanohana vs Wakanohana and
Takanohana vs Takanonami matches every basho!

What are the chances that Taka's request will be approved?
