All though eikish who were granted the Jun-Toshiyori status are expected to
try to be full Toshiyori with acquiring Myoseki during the type they are
allowed to stay in Sumo Kyokai with their Shikona and without Myoseki. It only
means thaty they don't have their own Myoseki at the time when they retire
from active rikishi but have fulfilled the requirement condition to acquire
one of the 105 Myoseki.
