Like you said, Abe-san, Tochinofuji and Gokenzan will be demoted for sure.
And I think the third will be Kitazakura. But I don't believe that
Kushimaumi will be demoted from J5 despite his bad record (4-11). So maybe
Kotoinazuma decided to retire from sumo, but in this case I think it must be
announced, isn't it? Or am I totally wrong with this?
