The short answer is that money will not be coming in from this source,
which is the main non-Kyokai source of funding. It'll be interesting to see
where the guests at his wedding will be drawn from. Now that the American
ambassador and his wife have agreed to be the 'go-betweens,' there will
probably be no shortage of people willing to pay the basic charge - but
presumably there 
*will* be a shortage of the fat cats who assume the responsibility of
handing in envelopes containing a hundred thousand yen or more.

Acording to a newspaper headline I read (can't quote it exactly, however),
*all* Akebono's koenkai countrywide closed down. This is probably a bigger
headache to his stablemaster, Azumazeki oyakata.

And no, another one can't be started by just anybody; there are
responsibilities involved.
