Are you still interested in chanko recipes ???
I have got some sumo-books with a few recipes, which I could copy you.
[the big book of sumo; mina hall/grand sumo; lora sharnoff/rikishi;
sackett-benson/ there are recommended some chanko-nabe restaurants, too]
Zabinishiki; looking for Sumô-News always and everywhere
