Are you allowed to have any sponsor name (or message) you want on the
kesho-mawashi? What about having the not-so-discreet Pepsi logotype there?
Does the Kyokai think it's too blatant or acceptable? (Apparently they
don't dislike the blatant ads on the yobidashi's back.) Are you allowed to
have the name of a political party on the kesho-mawashi?
