I have a copy of a sumo game for the 8-bit Nintendo.  It's entirely in
Japanese, naturally.  I downloaded the NESticle Nintendo emulator onto
my PC and found a copy of the ROM for the sumo game on a website.  Do 
a web search for NESticle, then search for a VERY comprehensive ROM
site which has the sumo game available for downloading.
