[Sumo Games] ISP Banzuke (not quite yet)

Hi again,
Thanks to all of you who responded to my last
post. I think I received about 12 comments. 11
were in favor of the change in the banzuke (mostly
enthusiastically in favor), and one was against it.

This is proving to be harder than I thought. If I
were some kind of sadist, it might even be fun :)
I'm only about halfway through, I'm afraid. It's
hard to make sure the few kachi-koshi players get
promoted, all one-time absences keep their place,
and still find a place for all the Komusubi players 
with only 4 or 5 wins last time. I suspect that the
lone opposing voice might find himself in the majority
when I post the results of this bloodbath :)

If you want to know how it's shaping up, suffice it to say
that if you were Maegashira 3 or below with anything less
than a very mild make-koshi, you would find yourself in
Juryo next time....

OK, I'll post it as soon as I can, then we can all decide to 
go back to the old method!! :)
