spoke with Yamato zeki today.  he tells me that he will be the only
hawaiian going on jungyo.  i heard that musashimaru was so hurt that he
could not attend mainoumi's wedding, but now maybe I read that here on the
list, ooops.

spoke with Konishiki zeki yesterday.  i told him that he has got to lose
weight or die, really i said that.  he had a friend, bradah Iz, a hawaiian
musician, very famous in hawaii, who died from morbid obesity.  believe it
or not, he was bigger than Konishiki zeki.  ozeki told me that during his
stay in hawaii, after basho, he could only lie in bed, his knees was
completely useless.  he tells me that he wants to leave for jungyo this
sunday, but i don't think so.

Yamato zeki tells me that Akebono zeki is also in very bad shape and will
no be going on jungyo.

on the lighter side, just processed a request for Yamato zeki with my
preferred ISP, GOL, for his internet account.  he wants email before
leaving for jungyo on sat.

finally, watch out, the scanner is back online and i have already scanned a
batch of pics from the last basho, from the mae-zeki no less.  they will be
posted in a week or two, so keep checking......
