Whilst I'm here, and posting about the Hoshitori contest, can I just
correct the following misconception that cropped up a while ago:

In fact, the Hoshitori contest was started on this list by Totoro in
July 1994, so it probably pre-dates Dale's ISP by a year and a bit, at
a guess. I'd hope that there's room for both to co-exist on the list:
I certainly look forward to another healthy increase in players for
the next basho.
