There are 105 traditional toshiyori (oyakata) names officiall recognized
by Sumo Kyokai, and Jimmaku is one of them. He is
a Director of Sumo Kyokai in charge of public relations, I 
believe. He does not have rikishi under him, and belongs to
Hakkaku-beya where former Yokozuna Hokutoumi owns.

Jimmaku means "a tent for general headquarter (in a battle)".
