Re: Sumo list members
David:
When I saw your first few posts including your offering of
the service, I kind of sensed they if may go uglier. But I
did not want to "pour oil over a small fire" and decided to
stay quiet.
Since I also believe "everyone is entitled to their opinion"
I hope no one will take this as me trying to force my opinion.
I believe David offers the "service" with good intention, and
those people participated probably are wishing more people
to participate. I understand that.
So far, I have not sent you any information, although I know
I put probably more information in my sig file from two
different email accounts. But I hope you won't post those
information in your list without my permission.
Although we don't hide our faces in the public, we have
rights to protect our images from freely distributed without
our permission. You seems to believe that innocent little
list should be treated as an innocent little list and only
people who don't want to participate the list would be the
people who have something to hide. I hope you didn't mean
to say that and other extra words you added after you said
it is up to the each person's opinion.
Each time you add those extra words, I feel against participating
the list.
Some people may feel differently and decide to join the list
after reading those extra words, but personally, I'm not one
of them.
As you said, each person has rights to have her/his own
opinion, and they have rights to show or hide their opinion.
Also, each person has rights not to tell why they don't want
to put their information publicly. That's up to them. You have
rights to guess what we are, including the possibility of you
may think we are criminals. But that is you private matter.
If you are not giving pressure and if you are truely believe
that "If you donb't want to participate that's fine." then
please leave it there, without adding any extra words.
Thanks.

from "Masumiriki")
