I chose mine after overhearing a hilarious discussion in a Japanese
restaurant here in Toronto; two extreme novices at eating Japanese food
had asked the server what that pile of green stuff was, and after a few
unsuccessful attempts to explain it was hot, just use a little bit, and
so on, the waitress was reduced to repeating the syllables WAH-SAH-BI in
the hopes that they would get it!  Eventually my friend turned around
and said it's a hot mustard, just use a little bit ...  

I think it's not so funny written down in an email ...
