For yaku-rikishi with kachikoshi, and within the same rank, the rikishi with
relatively better record will be ranked higher than the rikishi with relatively 
worse record.

In Maegashira, kachikoshi rikishi won't be demoted, and makekoshi rikishi 
won't be promoted. In usual case, kachikoshi rikishi should be promoted and
makekoshi rikishi should be demoted.

Within the same rank, going from West to East is considered as promotion, and
going from East to West is considered as demotion. 

All others are just relative to other rikishi's records.

General guideline among Maegashira rikishi are that the difference between
wins and losses are the numbers of promotion and demotion. This is not at all
a strict guideline. Kachikoshi's promotion has much higher priority than
keeping makekoshi rikishi's demotion "fairly".

Since each of Sekiwake and Komusubi need to be filled with two rikishi, 
some lucky rikishi may be promoted big with relatively less impressive
kachikoshi record.
