Rikishi statistics pages update

The statistics pages at http://www.scgroup.com/sumo/stat/
have been updated with some new features.

These fields, and also Kinboshi and number of basho, have been fixed.
Most of the "new" data is taken from the hoshitori pages starting at
http://www.wnn.or.jp/wnn-t/relay/97_1/hoshitori1_e.html
so, with luck, the stats should be valid even *during* a basho.

Juryo has been added.  Apologies to those grumbling that the files
are now 60% larger.

Various folks wrote that the pages were unfriendly if horizontal
scrolling is needed.  Unfortunately, the solutions suggested mess
up printing, and i am too lazy to make separate pages for display
and printout.  Instead, the field order has been revised, the
techniques field has been abbreviated, and other format tweaks
have been made so that "interesting" fields should be visible
without scrolling, even at VGA resolution.  If you can display
1024 X 768, you will see the full width.  Set your printer to
landscape orientation, and the entire table should fit on two pages.

Of possible use to stats freaks is an intermediate text file which
is easily parsed, at http://www.scgroup.com/sumo/stat/stuff.txt
