If you don't mind to hear Japanese announcement, you could find
sumo videos at or near most of Japanese grocery stores and/or
bookstores in the US. There are many Japanese video rental services
at shopping centers related to Japanese goods.

At least that is the way I get to watch sumo videos.
I only pay a dollar for three nights video rental.
It need to use 4 or 5 video tapes to record all sumo digest in HQ mode,
so I only pays 5 dollars per basho with probably 5 or 7 days after the
last day for that particular recorded tape.
