Hoshitori questions

I have some questions about the Aki basho hoshitori:

1) The WWW pages seem allright, but Ian will leave for Japan next Tuesday.
Does this mean any problems can be expected when entering through the web?
2) Is the Hoshitori banzuke on the WWW pages the correct (i.e. modified) one?
(no ozekis in the contest?)
3) When are the bouts for the first day announced? I personally think the
tie-breaker is a bit unfair, since there are no previous statistics on the
shonichi sponsor banners, but I also think that it is impossible to have an
educated guess without knowing the torikumi.

P.S.: The problems in getting the the hoshi.txt were due to a typo: ".ed"
instead of ".edu" in Totoro's original post.
