Internet Pool Banzuke

I've finally worked this out, I hope. Thanks again to Totoro and Ian Frank
for allowing me to use the hoshitori ranking system (somewhat simplified).

If memory serves, all participants started out at M10 last time. This 
banzuke is based on that. I'd like to know if there is any objection to 
continuing this (M10) as an entry point. Several new players already 
registered for Aki-basho. 

We had two absent players last time. I'm inclined to just let them start 
over this time, regarded as new participants. 
Any objections to this?

in, due to absence/ withdrawal. 
Ahonoumi (2-4-9) has announced his (hopefully temporary) retirement.
