Things will hopefully slow up, but I won't count on that. Anyhow,
the hoshitori will have 13 entries this time, with no restrictions
on rank or whatever. No other changes at the moment. Sorry I didn't
have time to get into the previous discussions. Maybe we can look at
the whole thing again later. More on the upcoming game soon.
