Could someone please post any other sites that have the banzuke up?

I tried getting through to the URL that was listed as:

www.inagaki.nuie.nagoya-u.ac.jp... etc.

but it would not let me connect.

Alternately, could someone post it to the list? Either way works... I
am just eager to get the info... bristling with curiousity, you could say.

Also, one other bit of info request, when must we have our entries in
by... and what does it translate to Eastern Standard Time?  I only have
limited access, so that is why I would like to know, so I can make sure 
I get my entry in before the deadline.
