Some rikishi's changed their names, but I'm not sure all of
them.

Here are some foreign Makushita rikishi's:

Sentoryu     up   East 13th (Previously East 31st)
Daiki        down East 15th (Previously West 1st)
Hoshi-andesu up   East 29th (Previously East 40th)
Takamio      up   East 35th (Previously East 46th)
Hoshi-tango  up   East 43rd (Previously Sandanme)
Nanfu        down West 29th (Previously West 11th)
Wakaazuma    up   West 45th (Previously East 57th)
