I have a video that shows Takanohana and Wakanohana swimming during Jungyo
in a little river with their hair down.  I guess I can't say I have long hair
after seeing them!  Sometimes on various shows you can also catch a glimpse 
when "the hair guy" (forgot his name) works on a rikishi, for example during
an interview after a big match.

I also have Chiyonofuji's dampatsu-shiki (hair cutting ceremony) on video and
I agree with you Pete.
