I'll soon be out of the office for about two weeks.  I was thinking that it
might be useful to have a backup administrator for the times I'm away.
This person could subscribe and unsubcribe people, as well as post
messages that MajorDomo rejects for some reason (usually because a 
person posts from an email address not on the list).  The backup
person would also receive all bounced messages, and could decide
which addresses should be taken off the list and placed on the
bounces list.  It might be best to have someone familiar with 
MajorDomo list managers. 

Any volunteers?
