Hi Totoro and Dhuggy,

The proposals look very sound to me.  They represents quite a change, and
I'm sure we cyber-rikishi will find many opportunities for additional
refinement. But I will vote for it now, holus-bolus, and vote on further
improvements as they are put forward and discussed.  In short, I think
adoption of the new scheme as it stands is better than waiting for all
possible amendments to be discussed and individually voted on before any
changes are made.
