New FAQ in HTML

An HTML version of Ken Coller's new FAQ is up at
http://www.scgroup.com/sumo/faq/

A script builds the web from the source text, so future enhancements
to the text can be automatically incorporated.   Additions and
corrections to this project are welcome; the raw text is at
"faq1.txt" and the script is at "webit" in the above directory.
Feel free to take and/or modify either.
