Admin.-subject headers to sort posts

As this problem has occurrred to me on a lot of other lists recently, I
may be oversensitive, but already on this list, the subject headers are
becoming loosely descriptive again, making it difficult to quickly sort
through the posts you wish to read and those you don't.  This may be okay
if you don't recieve a lot of posts, but around basho time this is very
different, and if you recieve a lot of e-mail, from other non-sumo related
sources, this simple courtesy makes it so much easier to get to the info
most important to you first.  I repeat could we all please adhere to a
subject header description with flag and sufficient description, put this
in the welcome message and also remind posters when they are not following 
this convention. 

e.g.
FLAG		DESCRIPTION

Admin.		-newsgroup crossposting
Results		-Day 14 Makunouchi
Commentary	-Day 14 Juryo
Query		-Wakanohana's liver?
Non-sumo	-computer virus warning 
Social		-sumo party in Tokyo, March 10

I think that these flags cover most forseeable posts, however if anyone 
can think of others please add so that we can have a succinct convention 
outlined in the welcome message to the list.
