I think Waka has a hepatitis. It is not that rare among Asians.
I had a light case or hepatitis about 10 years ago. Some Asians
get it from their mother at birth and something trigers it when
they grow up. 

People treat hepatitis similar to AIDS here in the US, but it
is so common in Asia, and some people believe they get hepatitis
for drinking too much alcohol.
