Seattle Sumo (social)

This basho is so dramatic despite the champions who have dropped out! On
our Monday night dinner and sumo viewing session, not only did we enjoy the
action from shonichi, but we just had to see the last few bouts of Day 2 as
well. Our little gathering included stalwarts as well as the newcomers who
I hope felt like they weren't first-timers at all. The staff and owner at
the Miyake really look forward to seeing all of us, and I personally find
these gatherings highly enjoyable. If you do as well, please do join us
again for the post-basho gathering on January 29th. I'll post a message
with the usual information.
