The FAQ is back!

Hi all and akemashite omedetoh gozaimasu!

Well, today's my birthday, and thanks to my wife's mom
coming over for a couple days, I got a break and was
able to put some finishing touches on the FAQ's new and
improved replacement, the HTML version. You can see it
now at the following:

which actually takes you to my home page, but there is
access to the sumo info as well. 

I set it up to take advantage of things that Netscape
most likely does better than other browsers, but you
can also get all the info from a text-only application.

For the immediate future, I don't plan to support the
file which is on the majordomo server. It's got a format
problem anyhow, and should be dumped.

I didn't add a lot of new info yet, but worked mostly
on getting the stuff out that I already had. The main
new thing is I've included the Hoshitori rules, along
with a scan of the sumo bucks you've been paying. :-)

Take a look when you can, and let me know what you think.

As always, corrections, updates and any other new info
(along with delightful "o-seiji") is welcome!
