There was another scene that involved sumo in 007 movies.  It was "The Man with the Golden Gun."  James Bond visits a mansion in Bangkok where two (originally) ceramic sumo-tori figures suddenly become alive and attack Bond.  The sumo-tori do look real ones but I have no way of knowing who they were.  They cannot be makuuchi-rikishi or juryo, as they are too high in ranking to do something that silly.
