This morning, a very unreliable source (my wife) said that
she heard/read in the scoop media that Akebono is pretty depressed
and is seriously considering retirement.

Does anybody know anything more substantial.

Wouldn't be the first time that rumours like that
are created during the silly season.

I will try to get more info in the next days
