Kitanofuji's ozeki promotion

His record from three basho before his ozeki promotion was not 29 wins.
They were 8-7, 10-5, 10-5. For 4 basho, it was 10-5, 8-7, 10-5, 10-5 and it
looks better than 3 basho total of 28-17 record.

Hasegawa's record was much better with 12-3 yusho as the third basho.
He stayed at Sekiwake for over 20 basho during his tenure altogether, but
never made it to ozeki.
