You seem to be looking for a new ozeki, definitely there won't be one 
next basho.
However, there will probably be a new *sanyaku* rikishi, since M4 Kenko finished
with a 11:4 record. Given his record and his wins against yokozuna Akebono and
ozeki Musashimaru this should be sufficient IMHO to elevate him to sekiwake.
But don't curse me if they don't do it.
