I am glad to have found this enthusiastic group of sumo fans.  I am sure
most of you are more knowledgeable than me, but I look forward to learning
and participating.

I am pretty much aware of the criteria for promotion and demotion in the
Maegashira ranks and the lower Sanyaku ranks.  I also know the criteria for
promotion to Yokozuna and demotion from Ozeki.  My question is what is the
criteria for promotion to Ozeki?
