Final day cheating?

Hi!

In the sumo FAQ it says that you should "note the high percentage of 7-7
rikishi converting to a winning majority (KACHIKOSHI) in the final day."

After having read in Edward Seidenstickerīs book "Tokyo Rising" last year
that "wrestlers going in to the last day of a tournament with seven wins and
seven losses always win" I watched the following senshuraku with great
interest. Three rikishi in makuuchi had a 7-7 record. Two of them lost.

Just what is the percentage? Does anyone know?
