Kokumin-eiyo-shou: An official aword for a significant contributor whom
Japanese citizens feel particularly honored to have as a member of community.
The first recepient was Mr. Sadaharu Oh, who is a Chinese Japanese and a
holder of
world record for lifetime homeruns in any professional baseball league.
Chiyonofuji is the only recepient from sumo community.
