I think it would be rather presumptious to assume that he wants to run it
without him even being around for the vote!  My vote would go for letting
it pass this time.  He'll have enough catching up to do when he returns.
Plus, there will certainly be questions on it (we have many new members
these days!) and nobody can answer them like Robert can.
